So let’s make Tiramisu Mousse!
Ingredients you will need:
Makes 2 1/2 tiny glasses:
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- cup cooked decaf or caffeine coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 heaping Spatula spoon fulls Cool Whip
- 1 tblspn.Cocoa powder
- 1 Dark chocolate square (Ghirardelli Chocolate Intense Dark Twilight Delight 72% Cacao)
- Mix 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese and 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar with whisk.
- Mix the rest of the powdered sugar (1/4 cup) into the mixture (to taste)
- Brew cup decaf coffee and let cool. Once cooled add 5 tbsp into the sugar/cheese mix. **can add more coffee to your liking*
- Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the cream mixture
- Fold in 2 heaping spatula spoon fulls of Cool Whip to the mix.
- Place the delicious mixture into a bag and cut a hole in the corner to pipe into small glass cups.
- Pipe first layer of mousse into cup and sprinkle with half of the cocoa powder.
- Pipe Second layer into cup and sprinkle with other half of the cocoa powder.
- Pipe in last layer of the mousse on top and finish with a topping of shredded dark chocolate square!
