Tiramisu Mousse

So let’s make Tiramisu Mousse!

Ingredients you will need:

Makes 2 1/2 tiny glasses:

  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • cup cooked decaf or caffeine coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 heaping Spatula spoon fulls Cool Whip
  • 1 tblspn.Cocoa powder
  • 1 Dark chocolate square (Ghirardelli Chocolate Intense Dark Twilight Delight 72% Cacao)
  1. Mix 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese and 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar with whisk.
  2. Mix the rest of the powdered sugar (1/4 cup) into the mixture (to taste)
  3. Brew cup decaf coffee and let cool. Once cooled add 5 tbsp into the sugar/cheese mix.  **can add more coffee to your liking*
  4. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the cream mixture
  5. Fold in 2 heaping spatula spoon fulls of Cool Whip to the mix.
  6. Place the delicious mixture into a bag and cut a hole in the corner to pipe into small glass cups.
  7. Pipe first layer of mousse into cup and sprinkle with half of the cocoa powder.
  8. Pipe Second layer into cup and sprinkle with other half of the cocoa powder.
  9. Pipe in last layer of the mousse on top and finish with a topping of  shredded dark chocolate square!
