Vegetable Broth

So let’s get make some broth!

Ingredients for this recipe :

  • 1 3/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped onions 20160317_124047
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 10 cups water
  1. Chop all your vegetables and herb.
  2. Add all your chopped vegetables, parsley, and salt to a large pot and stir. Add about 4 tbs water.
  3. On med heat stir the vegetable medley for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 10 cups of water to the pot and stir.
  5. Turn heat to low, cover with lid, and let set for 3hrs at least.
  6. Once the broth is done you can strain the broth into a mason jar and keep your vegetables for a soup of your liking for dinner!
