So let’s get make some broth!
Ingredients for this recipe :
- 1 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped onions

- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 10 cups water
- Chop all your vegetables and herb.
- Add all your chopped vegetables, parsley, and salt to a large pot and stir. Add about 4 tbs water.
- On med heat stir the vegetable medley for 5 minutes.
- Add 10 cups of water to the pot and stir.
- Turn heat to low, cover with lid, and let set for 3hrs at least.
- Once the broth is done you can strain the broth into a mason jar and keep your vegetables for a soup of your liking for dinner!
