So let’s make Ham, Broccoli, and Mascarpone Cheese Pizza
Ingredients you will need for this recipe:
- 3 cups flour to make dough
- extra flour for rolling dough
- 1 packet yeast
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
- 3 pieces Tavern Ham sliced thin and torn into pieces
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- fresh mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
To make the dough:
I did not let this dough sit to rise so I was able to use it right away which resulted in a thin crust ….yum!
- Preheat oven to 375 F.

- combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water.
- Flour the top of your prep area and knead the dough. Split the dough in half for two pies.
- With a rolling-pin roll the dough flat and if you like try tossing it in the air (fun)!
- On a pizza pan place your pizza dough folding any excess dough onto the edge of the pan creating a crust.
Top your pizza dough:
- spread 2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese on the dough
- spread 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli on top of the mascarpone cheese.
- sprinkle the pizza with 1/4 tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- top with the 3 pieces of the torn tavern ham.
- top everything with a thin layer of shredded fresh mozzarella cheese.
- salt and pepper to taste.
- place in the oven and bake for 17 minutes.
