So let’s make a ham and grape grilled cheese!
Ingredients for this recipe :
- 1 lb sliced thin ham (makes 4 sandwiches)
- Butter (for bread)
- Swiss cheese
- Red seedless grapes, chopped (I chopped about 10 for two sandwiches)
- Rye bread
- Wash and chop about 10 grapes (more would be even better, but this works for 2 sandwiches)
- Spray pan lightly with pam and Heat pan to med-high heat.
- Place ham in pan and fry to a light brown crisp.

- While ham is frying, slice up swiss cheese (about three small slices per sandwich). And butter one side of each slice of rye bread.

- Remove ham from pan and set aside once done.
- Turn heat to med and Sautee grapes for about 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Layer your sandwich: bread, 3 slices swiss, grapes, ham, bread (butter on outsides of the bread slices)

- On med heat: toast your sandwich to your liking (slightly browned bread and melted cheese…yum)

ENJOY!!
