So let’s make a ham and grape grilled cheese!

Ingredients for this recipe :

  • 1 lb sliced thin ham (makes 4 sandwiches)
  • Butter (for bread)
  • Swiss cheese
  • Red seedless grapes, chopped (I chopped about 10 for two sandwiches)
  • Rye bread
  1. Wash and chop about 10 grapes (more would be even better, but this works for 2 sandwiches)

  3. Place ham in pan and fry to a light brown crisp. 20160408_190010

  5. Remove ham from pan and set aside once done.
  6. Turn heat to med and Sautee grapes for about 30 seconds and remove from heat.
  7. Layer your sandwich: bread, 3 slices swiss, grapes, ham, bread (butter on outsides of the bread slices)20160408_190752
  8. On med heat: toast your sandwich to your liking (slightly browned bread and melted cheese…yum)20160408_191106
